Amma Atelier does not aim to open a physical store.

We produce responsibly and artisanally to keep control of the quality of our products!

Where to find your reseller stores?

We only develop partnerships with local stores that are close to our Maisons-Laffitte workshop.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Are exchanges offered?

Exchanges are supported by AMMA only in the event of a product defect.

In an eco-responsible approach, we wish to limit abusive returns and exchanges.

How to make an exchange?

You have up to 14 days from receipt of the order to make an exchange request via our contact page

You have up to 14 days from receipt of the order to request a return of your product via our contact page
Return costs are your responsibility as well as responsibility for the product before its receipt by AMMA.

Order design times may vary depending on the number of items ordered.

At AMMA, all our products are made by hand in our workshop in France.

When your order is processed, you will automatically receive a shipping email.

Is it possible to cancel my order?

Don't worry, we've all already changed our minds

  • If your order has not yet been prepared and shipped , then we can cancel it.
  • However, once the shipment has been made, we can no longer modify or cancel it. In this case, you can return it to us for a refund.
